台式麵包-優格克姆林麵包-直接法

小時候能選擇的麵包不多,台式麵包我的最愛是克姆林麵包及葱花麵包,放學時候每
每遇到麵包店出爐的時候,聞到麵包香口水就快流出來了呢!!
加了優格用直接法就很柔軟,加上加了我愛的克姆林真是好吃到不行呢,這種雖簡單但就愛這純粹的味道^^
這一款"克姆林內餡"真的很香加在那都很棒喲^^XD

#烘焙華爾滋
•麵團材料如下
•彩虹(吸水率7成)高筋麵粉 280g
•水 135-140CC
•自製無糖優格 56g
•砂糖34 g
•奶油 28g
•鹽巴 1.9g
•酵母粉 3.0g
•奶粉7g

1.材料放麵包機內(塩酵母對角放)按30.結束再按一30次加奶油打至麵糰擴展按停止,在麵包機內按21發酵至兩倍大約40-50分
2.取出排氣~整圓! 鬆弛大約10-15分鐘

3.分割1個70g(隨意我一般都可整除為主來分),排氣滾圓,麵糰醒10-15分, 包入餡,整型

4.烤箱放熱水一杯後發50分,結束前10分取出,烤箱預熱180度

5.表面刷全蛋液.擠內餡170度放最中層烤12-15分完成~

PS老公說"圓形"比較好吃,我問Why?他說咬下去內餡比較多,其實內餡的量是一樣的呀XD....
PS:水份可預留20-30CC視麵糰情形慢慢加
